CCS M2 is a completely new RFID solution to store and control medical implants and devices. This versatile solution may be implemented both, in production and in hospitals, or with individual practitioners.
You can now automate your order and inventory processes and save time and money.
Core piece of CCS M2 is the medical cabinet, a smart storage system which is installed in hospitals or other places of consumption. It contains medical products such as dental, cardio, orthopedic, spinal or ophthalmological implants, or narcotics marked with RFID tags which allow secure storage and administration of these sensitive devices.
CCS M2 allows to control a multitude of these cabinets simultaneously and in real-time. This network can be connected to the ERP system of the manufacturer or hospital. This makes it particularly attractive and useful for companies with a high volume of globally distributed consignment stock locations.
Products carrying an expired date of obsolescence, incomplete or too high inventories and their expensive, tedious management will belong to the past.

We offer you a standardized complete solution and support you with its implementation.
1. Take-out of implants
Organizer boxes with implants are taken out from the cabinet for surgery.
2. Closing the door & automatic stocktake
By closing the door of the cabinet the stocktake is automatically initiated incl. information about the responsible employee.
3. Crosstalk server
The data is transferred to the crosstalk server which has an interface to the ERP of the distributor or manufacturer.
4. Replenishment order & invoice for consumption
A reorder is created automatically with implants delivered on time.
5. Tag matching station
Implants may be tagged, at your option, at the manufacturer, distributor or in the hospital.
6. Restock of cabinets
Implants are replenished.
